🔹 Do I have to pay court fees if I'm a founding member?

Because of the cost of commercial space in our neighborhood a membership fee plus a court fee is standard practice to make the facility financially viable, however you will have 20% off for a period of 14 months (3 day in advance booking to regular members). Standard court fee rates will be $32 prime time and $24 non-prime time hours.

🔹 How will court fee's compare to other locations?

Our court fees will be similar to those at The Jar, ensuring competitive pricing for a premium playing experience. While we may not match the lower fees of facilities farther away—where lease rates are significantly cheaper—we offer exceptional value. Our courts are designed for top-tier playing experience, featuring spacious layouts, high ceilings, and individually fenced courts to enhance your experience. Plus, with our convenient location, you'll spend less time commuting and more time playing!

🔹 Can I rent courts if I'm not a member?
If courts are available yes you can but it will be at much higher rates (TBD)

🔹 Can I put my membership on hold?
Whether you travel or, God forbid, you get injured, we will allow for a one-time up to 2-month hold on your membership.

🔹 What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind and we have a waiting list (which I suspect we will), then of course, we will refund you 100%. However, if we don’t have a waitlist and all the paperwork is signed then your contribution will not be refundable but you can transfer it to someone else.

🔹 What happens if I send the funds and the deal doesn't go through?

In this case, your deposit will be 100% refunded—no questions asked. But we won't ask for your funds until we have the numbers that we need to make it happen.

🔹 What if I send the money and Gad takes off to Ecuador and we never see him again?
I can assure you that my wife would hunt me down, have a few friendly men drag me deep into the Amazon, have me beaten and flogged, and then personally ensure that every last penny is returned to you—with interest! 😂

 

In all seriousness, this project means everything to me, but its success ultimately depends on our collective commitment. I’m dedicated to making it happen in a financially responsible way, but for The TWP Centre (name to be determined) to become a reality, we need the support of those who truly want it.
