Your daily coaching runs from 8am to 11am and is designed around skill development, gameplay, strategy, and FUN.

🔹 Who is this pickleball getaway for?
This getaway is ideal for intermediate to high-intermediate players (approximately 3.0–4.0+) who want to improve their game while enjoying a true vacation experience. Players will be grouped by level during coaching sessions to ensure a great on-court experience for everyone.
🔹 How much pickleball will we play each day?
You’ll enjoy 3 hours of pickleball each morning from 8:00am–11:00am, broken into:

2 hours of technical instruction

1 hour of social play
Afternoons are intentionally free so you can relax, explore the resort, or enjoy optional open pickleball.
🔹 Is this a pickleball camp or a vacation?
It’s a vacation with pickleball, not a bootcamp. You told us you wanted meaningful coaching without giving up the vacation feel, and that’s exactly how this trip is designed.
🔹 Can I skip a session if I want to relax instead?
Absolutely. This is your vacation. All sessions are highly recommended, but never mandatory.

Bringing a spouse or guest who won’t be participating in pickleball?
Subtract $500 from the total package price (taxes included).
🔹 What is the payment schedule?
To make this as accessible as possible, we’ve set up a clear payment schedule:

$250 non-refundable deposit due upon reservation.

$700 due January 15

Remaining balance due February 15
All payments must be completed by February 15.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Due to group booking terms with the resort:

Payments are non-refundable once submitted

Transfers to another eligible participant may be possible
What if I'm travelling solo?
Solo travelers are welcome and have two options:

Shared room with another same-gender TWPC member (our most affordable option). Please note that shared rooms include one King-size bed.

Private room upgrade for those who prefer their own space (limited availability, additional cost).
What about food allergies or dietary needs?
Pineapple Beach Club accommodates common dietary requirements, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options. You’ll be asked about dietary needs during registration.
